2. How to Return an Item

- Step 3: Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). And we charge a flat $9.99 on Shipping. The refund price will be gross price minus $9.99. And 20% restocking fees.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@devonsport.com . We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
