Return Policy - 14 Days Return Guarantee

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

2. How to Return an Item

• Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at info@devonsport.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
• Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). And we charge a flat $9.99 on Shipping. The refund price will be gross price minus $9.99. e.g.: If you paid $49.99 with taxes we will refund only $40 and $9.99 will be charged for shipping and restock fees.

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@devonsport.com . We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
