Return Policy - 14 Days Return Guarantee

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on most items. Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: You can return most items within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
• Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition. All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
• Exclusions: Some products, such as [items marked as final sale], are not eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific return exclusions.

2. How to Return an Item

• Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at info@devonsport.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return.
• Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). And we charge a flat $9.99 on Shipping. The refund price will be gross price minus $9.99. or 20% restocking fees whichever is higher.

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@devonsport.com . We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6. Return Shipping

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.
