2.How to Return an Item

Step 3:Pack the item securely and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to5-10 business daysfor the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). And we charge a flat $9.99 on Shipping. The refund price will be gross price minus $9.99. or 20% restocking fees whichever is higher.
4.Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
